The carton unloading action usually involves a suction cup sucking a carton from the carton feed port and moving it down to the main line of cartoning. The carton is fixed by a guide rail and a push plate is used to open the carton. At the same time, there will be two removable boxes. The forward-moving card position rises from below and blocks the sides of the carton from the front and rear directions, causing the box to open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area. After filling in the filling area, the machine's mechanism will fold the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then perform the closing action. Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the carton, and then a push plate will push the lid to bend, so that the tongue can be inserted into the box and the lock will be fastened.

The operating steps of the fully automatic cartoning machine are as follows:

Preparation before operation. Check whether the power supply, air pressure, lubricating oil, etc. of the equipment are normal; prepare the required packaging materials and place them in the designated location; set the parameters of the packaging machine, including speed, temperature, pressure, etc., according to the characteristics of the product and packaging materials. 1

Operating procedures. Turn on the power and press the start button; set the operating parameters of the automatic cartoning machine, such as carton size, filling amount, speed, etc.; put the medicine and carton into the silo inside the machine; start the transportation system and filling system , send the medicine to the medicine loading bin of the cartoning machine; start the cartoning system, send the carton into the machine, and perform automatic cartoning; monitor the operation and check whether the medicine filling volume and carton size are consistent; production is completed Finally, turn off the transportation system and charging system, and turn off the power of the machine. 2
